Set lakeside on Lake Rosseau in Port Carling — the heart of Muskoka — the Pop-Up Village at SWS Boatworks offers a distinctive seasonal retail opportunity in a high-traffic waterfront destination. Each custom 8’ x 20’ unit is designed to provide brands with a seamless and elevated seasonal retail space.

We’re excited to share that all of our pop-up retail spaces are now fully booked for the 2026 summer season! We’re grateful for the incredible interest in our Pop-Up Village and look forward to another great summer in Port Carling.
