Our experienced and skilled team of technicians, sales staff and instructors know the ins and outs of life on the water in Muskoka.
We’re passionate about helping others enjoy Muskoka’s waterways. SWS Boatworks, service department is located in Port Carling, providing easy access from any of Muskoka’s three largest lakes.
Service Department
SWS Boatworks is an authorized service and parts provider for Mercury, Yamaha, Volvo, Ilmor, Indmar, Legend, Kawasaki, Allied, and Limestone. Our skilled, factory-trained technicians are certified by leading manufacturers and bring years of experience to every job.
From routine maintenance and tune-ups to complex repairs, warranty work, and refinishing, our team handles all makes, models, and sizes of boats with care and precision. Services include oil changes, propeller and fiberglass repairs, detailing, boat finishing, and more.
Whether you need a simple buff and wax to restore your boat’s shine or a complete refinishing for a painted vessel, we’re committed to keeping your boat performing and looking its best.

Winter Storage
No one is sadder than the SWS Crew when summer finally comes to an end, but the work doesn’t stop!
SWS Boatworks offers a variety of services to take care of your boats during the off-season. Our winter storage packages include winterization, storage, summerization and spring cleaning.
We offer onsite outdoor shrink wrap, indoor heated storage and indoor non-heated storage at our secure facility, or we can lift your boats in your own boathouse.

Boathouse Services
Boathouse services are also available, including convenient winterizing and summarizing done right at your boathouse.
We also offer mobile service appointments for oil changes, gear lube changes, tune-ups, dead battery calls, prop replacements, water pump replacements, and ballast pump replacements — we come to you so you can stay on the water, worry-free.
